Horseshoe Crab Tee

A living fossil. The horseshoe crab has held the same body plan for over 400 million years, outlasting mass extinctions while barely changing. Every spawning season it lays millions of eggs along the shore, feeding migratory birds and holding whole coastal ecosystems together. We painted it from several angles in warm amber like an old survey page, with its Latin name and notes on its ancient lineage. The oldest survivor in the collection, and it carries a quiet sense of deep time.

Printed on the Gildan Softstyle 64000, a lightweight 100% ring-spun cotton tee (4.5 oz/yd², 153 g/m²) that feels soft and easy to wear all year round. Classic fit with a crew neckline for a clean, versatile look, twill-tape reinforced shoulders, no side seams for a smoother drape, and a ribbed-knit collar that resists curling. Finished with a pearlized tear-away label for total comfort. Made with ethically grown US cotton (Gildan is a member of the US Cotton Trust Protocol) and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified. The design is printed large across the back with a small mark at the chest. Natural white, though due to the fabric it may read slightly off-white rather than bright white. Unisex. Limulus polyphemus.
